Jay Shirodkar is the founder of Shirodkar Industries and a Fort Lauderdale restaurateur known for developing distinctive hospitality concepts throughout South Florida. Through his work in the restaurant industry, Jay Shirodkar has focused on building venues that combine dining, design, and entertainment to create memorable experiences for guests. One of his most recognized projects is Jay’s Steakhouse, located in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village inside a historic former church. The concept reflects his approach to hospitality: honoring tradition while transforming spaces into unique destinations.
